OwnerGUARD Acquired by AmTrust Financial Services, Inc. SAN DIEGO, CA June 30, 2014 - AmTrust Financial Services, Inc. (“the Company”) has completed the purchase of OwnerGUARD Corporation (“OwnerGUARD”) effective June 30, 2014.
Commenting on the transaction, Barry Zyskind, AmTrust Financial Services, Inc.
